Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a specific arrival window.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Auk ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to reach more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.
